This is more CSIO street info you need to run the original, real-deal, 1970's version of City State of the Invincible Overlord! This is the most awesome & storied metropolis in gaming history. This is absolutely terrific that the team running Judges Guild is making these old pieces of gaming history available in the original format (my physical copies are too fragile to game with!). Wow! This is great - like an RPG time capsule from 1976. Scans of the in-house copy of what would one-day become The City State of the Invincible Overlord. The layout is pretty unforgiving with a solid wall of text greeting the casual reader with only 2 small maps to serve as "illustrations". Despite this it's a fascinating document to look through with plenty of interesting ideas, rules and charts that are still quite useful for running a city based adventure. This booklet could easily be 2 or 3 times the page count if the text were more generously spaced out - there's a lot to digest in a relatively small number of pages.
