The Layout is very basic and boring, but the actual Advice is quite interesting and very unusuall compared to the typical GM-Guides.

It's from a Psychological Point of View. Most of it should be common knowledge, but if you are not used to having guests or want to be a better host, than this explaines quite well what you need to do to make everyone feel secure and happy.

This is a good supplement for any 5E campaign, but there are some problems. A minor problem is that there are many spelling errors, some of which cause slight confusion. A slightly more serious problem is that some of the background features are somewhat underpowered. All in all, an excellent trove of traits and possible character hooks. I would give it 5 stars, but I believe it is a bit too expensive at the moment.

I ran my first session of D&D 5e tonight, and two of my three players switched backgrounds to ones in this book that fit better (both were Outlanders, one switched to Savage and the other to Traveler). Also, each entry is as complete as the ones in the PHB. That means 200 personality traits, 150 Ideals, 150 Bonds, and 150 Flaws that can be used outside of the backgrounds for adding flavor to or giving inspiration for NPCs.

I love this supplement. It will help add a fresh twist for all of my players!!

This is not an appropriately priced item, There is minimal work done on it, I would say this should be valued at 25 cents.
