HELLAS is an epic space opera in the style of ancient Greek culture and legend. Every player character is a Hero in a story that you will help create, with the power to influence the settings and elements of the game. HELLAS spans multiple generations, allowing for the continuation of the epic story even after the death of a Hero, in the style of the epic poets of old.

This book contains:

Rules and charts to use a modified Omni System with a Grecian flair
A life path system to construct a detailed, epic back story for your Hero
Mechanics that allow for permanent change in the universe, to ensure the players are the primary (and most important) elements in the story

When putting a product up as the Deal of the Day, consider updating the description so it doesn't include broken images. It doesn't provide a great first impression.

PURCHASER

I'm a big fan of the Hellas RPG, but if you already have the 1st edition rules be advised that there are only minimal changes in the 2nd edition, so much so that I had to open the two PDFs side by side and go through them page by page looking for differences. The visual look and feel is identical, the increased page count comes from changes to the layout. The rules content looks 95% identical - so far I can see some changes in terminology (freebie points-->customisation points, Omni Table --> Results Table) fewer points available in chargen and a streamlined skill list. Honestly this should have been a revised PDF free to owners of the 1st edition, charging for it as a full price new product is incredibly cheeky. Very disappointed in you, Khepera.
If you're new to Hellas, the plus side is that you can get this 2nd edition core ruleset and use it with the 1st edition supplements with virtually no changes necessary.
